Upper Assam: A brisk, bright amber cup, full-bodied and with a rich malty taste complemented by hints of sweet honey.
Kan-Junga: A light amber cup with sweet floral and muscatel notes, followed by a refreshing, slightly astringent finish.
English Breakfast: A rich amber cup that is brisk and full-bodied, followed by a prolonged, spicy and malty aftertaste.
Earl Grey: A bright amber cup with distinct notes of sweet, fresh bergamot orange combined with a well-balanced body.
Upper Assam: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (approx 120-150 ml). Use fresh, fully boiled water. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
Kan-Junga: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (approx 120-150 ml). Use freshly boiled, left to cool to 90 C water. Brew for 2-3 minutes.
English Breakfast: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (approx 120-150 ml). Use fresh, fully boiled water. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
